Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of Bella Ami Bonbons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Allergen Information
Our bonbons contain cocoa, and may contain traces of nuts, soy, or gluten. While we take every precaution, all products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend reaching out before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery

• Local NYC deliveries will be completed by May 8th for Mother’s Day.
• Shipped orders placed by May 8th at 5 PM EST will be mailed promptly. Orders after that may ship later.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
